The Nailbomb:

I have no idea if this thing actually works...if it doesn't, please tell me
what it does wrong, and I'll try to improve it in some shape or form.  If you
don't know how to compile the sources, don't ask me.

What it does:  When you use impulse 101 (will be changed to a new weapon), it
fires out a slow moving grenade.  After 5 seconds, it explodes and spawns
9 nails in various directions.  It costs 1 rocket and 10 nails to use.
It compiled fine on my machine, but I don't know if it works the way it was
designed to.  If you do test it, please tell me what happened:
