This suggested HTML documentation base file was designed with 
especially FrontEnd authors in mind for easy parsing.

The info is based mostly on Kyle "ObserveR" Lemke's base.txt for 
Quake 1 levels.
Im busy working on an editor that would make creating the META tags
easy by simply answering the questions in a wizard.
