Replaces:  Doom2 maps 1 through 7

     This is compilation of all the Melee levels to date.  It's perfect for 
long Deathmatch sessions, and the levels it contains are varied, so anyone's 
likely to find at least one or two they really like (Though hopefully more!).

     As always, designing these levels took hundreds of hours, and I'd greatly
