NOTE: Escaping the level may be a little weird, but you basically have to fall off the final platform. Oh and search for the rocket launcher in the sewers it will be useful in the submerged rooms. Additional Credits to : Graphics: A font added to a texture in MS Paint. Sorry to say I don't recall the name of the font, but it was one of the default fonts available in Microsoft's Windows XP.
