Health, armor, and weapons spawn in random locations. Demons teleport in random locations on the appropriate waves. (If you manage to beat all waves without dying or saving, you truly did it.) For waves 67-69, there are cyberdemons that are invisible and can't attack back. (sometimes one may shoot at you) The bosses for wave 67 and 68 have 4 cyberdemons or 16,000 health each.
