Description             : You interrupt a battle between a techbase and a
                          castle. The castle won the first battle, but took
                          heavy casualties. There has been a short armistice
                          between the pair, but a second phase of the battle
                          is starting - make sure neither ultimately win it.

                          figuring out issues I had during development.
